1. Introduction
Thank you for choosing The Wellness Zone Limited T/a KLNIK. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to refunds for courses and services. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
2. Cooling-Off Period
2.1 Online or Phone Bookings:
• If you book a course or treatment package online or over the phone, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period. This means you can request a full refund within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided that the course or treatment has not yet commenced.
• To exercise your right to a refund, please notify us in writing at info@klnik.co.uk within the 14-day cooling-off period. Refund requests made after this period or for services already provided will not be accepted.
• If your booking is within 14 days then you are waving your rights for a refund specifically as this secures the appointment time, administrative costs and cost of consumables.
2.2 In-Person Bookings:
• Courses or treatment packages booked in person are non-refundable. By committing to a course or package during an in-person consultation or visit, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued once the booking is made.
3. Partial Refunds for Packages
3.1 If You Have Started the Course:
• For courses purchased online or over the phone, if you request a refund after the 14-day cooling-off period but before completing all sessions, the refund will be calculated based on the number of remaining sessions at the standard rate, minus any applicable non-refundable fees or costs.
3.2 Non-Refundable Courses:
• For all in-person bookings, no refunds will be issued if the course has already started, regardless of the number of sessions remaining.
4. Consultation Fees
4.1 Online or Phone Bookings:
• If you book a consultation online or over the phone, you are entitled to a refund of the consultation fee within the 14 days cooling off period if the consultation has not yet occurred and is not within 14 days of the request.
4.2 In-Person Bookings:
• Consultation fees paid for in-person appointments are non-refundable once the appointment is booked.
4.3 Booking with Dr Rosh:
• When booking a consultation with Dr Rosh, if your appointment is scheduled within the 14-day cooling-off period, you are explicitly requesting that the consultation be conducted within this timeframe. By doing so, you acknowledge that you forfeit your right to cancel the appointment and receive a refund once the booking has been made. The £50 consultation fee will be non-refundable as this secures your appointment time and covers the administrative costs associated with your consultation.
5. Changes to Appointments
5.1 Rescheduling or Cancellation:
• For any appointments or courses, we require a minimum of 5 working days notice to reschedule or cancel. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in the forfeiture of the prepaid amount or a cancellation fee.
6. Medical Reason
• Outside of the 14 day cooling off period The Wellness Zone Limited t/a KLNIK only offers refund based on medical reasons and a doctors letter maybe required as evidence.
